Il Dono, in the words of its owner, Francesco Caputo. Our restaurant in Ittigen is part of Le Taverne F&S.
I am Francesco. Il Dono is “a dream come true”: a place where my passion for cooking meets the pleasure of welcoming people.
We put our hard work, the care we take in choosing ingredients and our desire to create a place worth returning to into the restaurant. These are the values we believe in and try to put into practice every day.
Through Le Tavole Vere del Mondo, Sefora, Elia and I want to discover other tables too: taste new flavours, listen to stories and share honest accounts of our experiences.
